Our Strategic Client Success Managers are an integral part of Synectics Solutions, providing ongoing support and development of existing customer accounts. For 30 years we have specialised in building complex data management and software products for well-known companies around the world.
What will you do?
- Playing a key role in the communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to convey how the technology provided by Synectics can help address the needs of the external organisation.
- Understanding the organisational situation, immediate needs and scope potential solutions to help meet those needs, usually (but not always) in relation to information and software systems.
- Demonstrating excellent understanding of the way the client works, the sector it operates in, and the Fraud & Financial Crime challenges they face, as you'll be helping the organisation to develop further develop its key initiatives meeting.
- Use Data Driven insights to provide recommendations on how they could operate to optimise value obtained from the capabilities offered.
- Accountable of developing a strategic account plan to view short-term, medium term and long-term value which is agreed and accepted by your clients.
- Leading significant client interactions on complex propositions with high value clients such as workshops/product architecture
- Discovering expectations and motivations from the primary stakeholders – essentially discovering the “why” behind the opportunity and relaying this information back within the business
