About The Role

Due to the ongoing growth of our client base and development of our products we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Development Manager to join our team to develop, manage and close sales opportunities within our existing client base.
 

Responsibilities will include:
  •  Building strong customer relationships and nurturing leads through a commitment to solving client’s problems.
  • Working closely and leading the engagement with internal teams (Product & Marketing), making recommendations on our products and services through market knowledge.
  • Proactively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities (both short and long term) to generate leads for future business.
  • Developing a Solution Selling mindset, and demonstrating a strong understanding of how our Solutions best meet customers ‘needs.
  • Taking ultimate responsibility for the relationship between Synectics and our customers.
  • Ensuring up to date awareness of market conditions and Synectics Solutions roadmap.
  • Representing Synectics at conference, trade fairs and networking events.

About You

A successful applicant will have / be:
  • A background in business development with a focus on building relationships.
  • Strong commitment and motivation in sales or business development success.
  • Experience meeting and ideally exceeding sales/ revenue targets.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, and a commitment to meeting customers’ needs.
  • Confident when presenting at all levels, with excellent communication skills.
