Due to the ongoing growth of our client base and development of our products we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Development Manager to join our team to develop, manage and close sales opportunities within our existing client base.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building strong customer relationships, understanding customer challenges and nurturing leads through a commitment to solving client’s problems.
- Proactively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts (both short and long term), to generate opportunities for future business.
- Working closely and leading the engagement with internal teams (Product & Marketing), making recommendations on our products and services through market knowledge.
- Developing a Solution Selling mindset, and demonstrating a strong understanding of how our Solutions best meet customers ‘needs.
- Taking ultimate responsibility for the relationship between Synectics and our customers.
- Ensuring up to date awareness of market conditions and Synectics Solutions roadmap.
- Representing Synectics at conference, trade fairs and networking events.
