Our Sales Operations Analysts are an intrinsic part of Synectics Solutions, assisting with and orchestrating sales related activities. For 30 years we have specialised in building complex data management and software products for well-known companies around the world.
What will you do?
Essentially you’ll be supporting the Business Development and Sales Managers. We’ve listed all of the ins and outs below but it really is that simple.
- Developing a strong understanding of all products offered by the business
- Working with the business to define requirements for new and existing business partners
- Acting as a point of contact both internally and externally for sales related matters
- Reviewing and enhancing internal business processes to ensure they meet industry best practice
- Supporting and delivering presentations internally and externally
- Managing data and systems such as CRM to communicate Sales Performance, Forecasting and Reporting
- Supporting pricing, contract and quoting activities
- Attending meetings on and off site promoting Synectics’ products and services
- Sales forecasting and reporting, including interpretation and recommendations
