About The Role

Due to internal progression we are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Endpoint Management Team Leader to join our dynamic team. You will ensure the smooth operation of IT Endpoint Management, by leading your team and providing a first-class endpoint experience.

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage the IT Endpoint Management professionals, provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring your team provides the highest-level Endpoint experience.
  • Provide clear direction to the team to ensure the timely resolution of incidents and service requests, in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Handle escalated issues and working with the team to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Conduct team meetings, 121s, performance reviews and talent conversations, focusing on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the IT Endpoint Management team, as individuals and as a team.
  • Monitor, report and analyse the team and individual performance metrics to identify and implement improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the team’s documentation and knowledge base items are regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT policies, process improvements and best practices to enhance the overall efficiency of the IT Endpoint Management team.

About You

What will you need?

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management and the capacity to manage multiple competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff.
  • Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.

And experience in the following:

  • Windows 10/11.
  • Microsoft Azure/ Intune.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. (MECM)
  • Microsoft based services. (e.g., AD, DNS, DHCP, Group policy)
  • Microsoft Office and other workstation software.
  • Standard networking services and protocols.
  • Patch/ Vulnerability management.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework.
