We are looking to add a Talent Development Specialist to develop Talent within the business. Our People Success team have grown and as a result of that we’ve created a Talent team, consisting of Acquisition, Development and Experience, working hand-in-glove with our HR team. Exciting right?
What is the role?
The Talent Development Specialist will work within the established People Team at Synectics Solutions. Offering huge variety and an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference, the Talent Specialist will be responsible for maximising talent within the company.
What will you do?
The Talent Development Manager will:
- Work with senior leaders on defining talent within their area.
- Establish metrics for optimising talent density and measuring the success and value of different talent interventions.
- Assess the different talent needs across the business and work in collaboration with key stakeholders on how best to access that talent through:
- Recruiting
- Consulting
- Outsourcing
- Training
- Identify highly talented individuals and establish development and progression paths that will optimise their talent and retain them within the business.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the appointment of talented individuals and provide a smooth transition to developing their talent.
- Work with the Learning & Development team ensuring all learning opportunities, both courses delivered internally, and qualifications achieved externally, are directly linked to increasing talent density, balancing the wants of the learner with the needs of the company.
