About The Role
Synectics Solutions are a leading force in the provision of innovative data driven business solutions. For more than 30 years we have specialised in building complex data management and software products for well-known companies around the world. We have ambitious growth plans, and for that we require a Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and form a crucial part of our marketing team.
 
Your objective is to deliver a consistent pipeline of compelling marketing content for use in digital marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, thought leadership research, social, blogs, and more, contributing to the ultimate goal of generating high-value leads for the sales team and to convert on site.
 
  • Develop unique and engaging marketing deliverables across a variety of formats, including email, blogs, guides, testimonials, webinars, videos.
  • Undertake audience and competitor research to identify content themes, then build campaign calendars based on the hottest topics and trends that will engage our target audience.
  • Work closely with our design function to turn content into compelling designs.
  • Own the performance of content marketing, evaluate success, measure ROI and report impact back to stakeholders.
About You
You may have a marketing or business qualification, or you might have a completely different degree and have learnt your trade in role, as long as marketing is your passion that’s fine by us. You will be running multiple campaigns either agency or client-side, and you’ll be constantly refining your approach informed by your results and insights.

Candidates for this position must have a flair for creativity and passion for writing. Turning complex and sometimes dry subjects and themes into digestible and compelling stories that will help to drive engagement and demand for our products and services.
 
What will you need?
  • You have a keen eye for effective content and experience copywriting using user-centric language.
  • You have previous experience marketing in a B2B environment.
  • You use technology to make your life easier, CRM and CMS are tools of your trade, you’ll be using platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, Hootsuite, Zoho or Sprout every day. You will be experienced in creating workflows to automate your campaigns.
  • You have a growth mindset, and you are constantly striving to learn, develop and grow.
  • You will utilise data to analyse campaign effectiveness and use this to continually improve your output.
  • You are a plate spinner extraordinaire, planning, prioritising, time, and project management skills are second nature to you, and you have a strong delivery bias.
  • You are a strong team player and can manage internal stakeholders and external agencies with ease, always getting the best out of your network.
