- I understand that failure to disclose any relevant information (or the submission of false information) my lead to withdrawal of any offer of employment made to me (or dismissal).

- I understand that if an offer of employment is made, it will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment vetting checks, including; County Court Judgements, Disclosure and Barring Service, Fraud Database and Criminal Background Checks.
- I confirm that personal information relating to third-parties which forms part of my application (i.e. Referees), is provided with their knowledge and authority.
- I understand that I will be required to provide original proof of identity and eligibility at interview, including; photographic ID, right to work and certificates of any required qualifications.
