If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Success team as we continue to expand our products and client base.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Client Success Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Client Success Managers and ensuring our clients get the most out of our applications. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across client engagement, project coordination, and product support. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Client Success Managers in developing strong client relationships and helping clients use our applications effectively
Scheduling and attending internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and coordinating follow‑up actions
Working with clients to produce and track Change Requests
Preparing draft quotes for review, approval, and internal tracking through to completion
Coordinating release processes, including downtime planning and application testing
Building strong working relationships across teams and with clients
Logging and reviewing customer support calls, escalating where appropriate
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn how a client‑focused tech team operates while contributing directly to client satisfaction and product success.

Experience in a customer‑facing or business‑focused role (this could include part‑time work, internships, volunteering, or university society roles)
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to explain ideas clearly
Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning new tools and processes
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload
A collaborative attitude and the ability to build positive working relationships
Comfort working in a friendly, fast‑paced, and dynamic environment
A positive, solutions‑focused approach to challenges and decision‑making
