Key Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients.
- Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of our products.
- Monitor accounts, resolve issues, and anticipate client needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Proven background in client success, account management, or similar (exposure to the SaaS industry a bonus)
- Natural curiosity to innovate customer solutions and become knowledgeable in fraud and financial crime defence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Industry knowledge and ability to guide clients effectively.
