Executive Assistant
Proactive, organised Executive Operations Assistant sought to support CRO & revenue team - driving initiatives, streamlining operations and ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Executive Operations Assistant to strengthen our high-performing revenue team.
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Operations Assistant who will play a pivotal role in helping the Revenue Group deliver on their strategic objectives by supporting the CRO in execution of core initiatives.
The role includes acting as an executive assistant but also to act as strategic partner to the CRO, ensuring he is one-step ahead of what needs to be done. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely organised, proactive by nature and thrives on making things happen, coordinating initiatives and ensuring execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support, including optimising the CRO’s calendar and staying on top of their busy inbox
- Ensure agendas are created and actions are documented, tracked and completed in timely manner (e.g. Revenue Group Leadership meetings, 121s etc)
- Act as a proactive “right-hand” to the CRO, assisting in running the team and coordinating cross-functional efforts (e.g. annual sales kick-off and quarterly revenue group workshops)
- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure Group level alignment and assist in operational and strategic initiatives (e.g. tracking OKR performance across the revenue group)
- Serve as a mini-project manager for key initiatives, driving the planning and execution
- Think on behalf of the CRO, anticipate needs and help streamline decision-making and follow-through, act as an initial point of contact for others in the Revenue Group to filter and deal with requests and questions
- Work with CRO to enhance internal and external communications (e.g. investor board packs, Ops Board updates, revenue group communications, wider business updates)
You’ll need to be:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- A clear and confident communicator
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a “can-do” mindset
- Professional and discreet, especially when supporting senior leadership
- Confidence to act on behalf of the CRO on certain matters
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role where you’ve had to wear multiple hats and drive initiatives
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to anticipate needs and act independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with various teams leads and stakeholders
