You’ll work closely with New Sales Executives (BDM) and Expansion Sales Managers (ADM), making sure leads are followed up, the sales pipeline is accurate, and deals flow smoothly from first contact through to successful delivery. This is a foundational role with meaningful commercial impact, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in being a dependable force in a high-performing team. You will be closely involved in the full enterprise sales journey, key account management and supporting strategic engagements with Tier 1 Finance and Insurance clients as they tackle complex, industry-level challenges.
What will you do?
- Keep the sales pipeline on track – update Salesforce, support weekly reviews, and prepare board reports.
- Manage leads – allocate incoming leads, monitor follow-up SLAs, and report on conversion rates.
- Coordinate Proofs of Concept (POC)– create Jira records, set up SFTP sites, and track PoC progress.
- Tactical Execution: Drive momentum in the sales cycle by coordinating PoC setup, including JIRA tracking. Ensure all operational elements are in place to support seamless execution, while maintaining clear visibility for stakeholders and enabling the ADM/BDM to focus on progressing the deal.
- Administer deal handovers – raise Jira jobs, manage Project Definition Documents/Legal Documentation, and keep data accurate so deals can move to Closed Won.
- Account Intelligence & Meeting Support: Accelerate deal progression by owning the pre- and post-meeting workflow - including detailed account research, stakeholder mapping, and briefing material preparation. Ensure all follow-up actions are captured and executed, maintaining centralised visibility for the team and enabling the ADM/BDM to stay focused on advancing strategic conversations.
What will you need?
- Organised and detail-focused, with a passion for keeping things running smoothly.
- Comfortable with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and tools like Jira.
- A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across Sales, Legal, Projects, and DevOps.
- Initiative-taking and solutions-oriented – you’ll spot gaps and help keep momentum.
- Interest in growing into sales operations, enablement, or commercial strategy.
