Legal & Compliance Administrator

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal and Compliance Administrator to support our Legal & Compliance function. This is a pivotal role helping ensure our business operations meet legal and regulatory standards across global markets.

What will you do?
- Answering Data Subject Access Requests over multiple mediums such as telephone and emails.
- Supporting the team in the collating and distribution of documentation through the processing of data.
- Deal with legal documentation administration, processing non-disclosure agreements and other contractual documents through our online management system.
- Arrange and facilitate audits both internally and externally, together with co-ordination and completion of client audit questionnaires.
- Assisting the Legal and Compliance team to maintain records of regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal legal and compliance inquiries.
- General administration and support.
What will you need?
- Accomplished communication skills including an ability to converse with a variety of internal and external users (including members of the public).
- Good computer skills in Excel and general computer knowledge.
- An excellent eye for detail and good time management.
- High degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
