What will you do?
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads and customer acquisition.
- Plan and manage online campaigns across channels such as SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, display advertising and paid media.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations to optimise campaign performance.
- Oversee paid search (PPC) campaigns including ad copywriting, bid management and performance optimisation.
- Work with product and sales teams to create messaging and campaigns that align with the company’s product roadmap, go-to-market strategy and overall brand positioning.
- Coordinate with content creators and agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, SaaS, and the competitive landscape.
What will you need?
- B2B Demand Generation & ABM: Proven experience running multi-channel B2B demand generation or Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Hands-on experience planning, launching, managing, and optimising integrated campaigns.
- Collaboration with Commercial and Client Teams: Ability to work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to align Marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Budget & Supplier Management: Experience managing budgets, agencies, and third-party media partners.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Multi-Channel Digital Advertising: Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic display, and retargeting strategies.
- SEO & SEM (Execution-Focused): Knowledge of paid search best practices to drive inbound leads.
- Lifecycle & Nurture Campaigns: Experience setting up effective lead nurturing, retargeting, and drip campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of A/B testing, campaign KPIs and conversion rate optimisation.
Ideal Background:
- Proven experience in B2B campaign execution, preferably in SaaS, tech, financial or enterprise services.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where marketing is accountable for revenue contribution.
