We are looking for a UX Designer to assist with the design of our enterprise SaaS software solutions to exceed our clients’ needs. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems and through collaboration with stakeholders translate these into intuitive wireframes and prototypes.

What will you do?

• Understand product specifications and user needs
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create user research and data to develop strategy
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs using specialist tools such as Figma
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, develop low high-fidelity prototypes to illustrate concepts

What will you need?

• Understanding of HTML, Bootstrap and Javascript
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in professional design software e.g. Figma, InVision
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Experience in software development in order to achieve realistic design proposals
• Excellent communicator with ability to work with numerous stakeholders
• Experience in conducting user research and gather qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Experience using tools to understand user behaviour and recommend improvements to user experience
