Account Development Manager
We have some exciting growth plans following on from recent private equity investment, and so we’re looking to expand our sales activities forward across multiple verticals, new markets, and across our diverse range of capabilities. To contribute to this success, we are recruiting for a proactive Account Development Manager to develop, manage and close sales opportunities within our existing client base. You will drive revenue by building strong relationships with clients, understanding client pain points and generating opportunities to sell our suite of products.

What will you do?
- Strategically sell products and services to our existing client base by identifying opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and recommending tailored solutions.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure exceptional value, satisfaction, and success.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of short and long-term opportunities to drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead contract renewals and expansions, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company objectives.
- Remain informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging client needs and Synectic’s roadmap to anticipate opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leveraging market insights to make informed recommendations that enhance our offerings.
- Represent Synectics at conferences, trade fairs and networking events, showcasing our expertise and strengthening our market presence.
What will you need?
- Proven experience managing existing client relationships in an account management, sales, or similar role within a SaaS company.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results oriented, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand customer needs, identify leads and nurture sales opportunities through to close.
- A good understanding of fraud, AML, credit risk, Digital ID or RegTech is highly desirable.
