Client Success Team Manager

About The Role
Due to the continuing growth of our client base and development of our product suite, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join our Client Success team, responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer experience and driving sustainable, long-term client success.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting directly and working closely with the Client Success Director, you will be responsible for the implementation of department strategy, whilst proactively identifying areas for improvements / innovation
  • Having 3 direct reports, you will be the senior leadership within a growing team of 12 Relationship Managers and be the acting escalation route for the team and their client base
  • Analyse customer performance data to make informed decisions surrounding operational and procedural changes (e.g. NPS)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and with senior leaders within our client base
  • Being a caring and enthusiastic leader, maintaining a high level of team engagement and motivation
About You
 The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing a team
  • Previous experience in a client relationship / account management capacity
  • Confidence in presenting to senior management and to challenge appropriately
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with integrity and a customer service mindset
  • Have a developed bias to action, with a dedication to encourage and promote ideas and forethought within the team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in an IT / Technical business would be beneficial, but is not essential
