About The Role
Due to the ongoing growth of our client base and development of our products we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the senior leadership team.
About You

Responsibilities will include:

  • To proactively manage and organise the diary of the Board Members, this includes the Chairman, Managing Directors and Directors.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • To take minutes at meetings and circulate as appropriate carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Scheduling 1 to 1s and appraisals
  • Managing holiday bookings
  • Producing documents, reports and presentations
  • To manage the opening of all incoming mail and to filter/distribute/handle appropriately
  • To provide full administrative support, including typing, undertaking shorthand if applicable, photocopying and preparation of documentation using Microsoft Word, Access and Excel as required.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of the organisation and its aims and objectives.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
  • To observe strict confidentiality at all times.
  • To ensure travel arrangements are made for the Board Members.

Key Skills:

  • Adept at scheduling events and managing calendars
  • First-hand experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, accounting software and internet research
  • Flexible schedule with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers
  • Able to handle sensitive documents in a very confidential manner
  • Ability to Follow Directions
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Able to maintain and organise diaries in a proactive and efficient capacity
  • Demonstrate excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to provide key responsibilities to all 8 directors where permitted at any one time
