About The Role
Due to the ongoing development of our internal communications we have an exciting opportunity within our Engagement team for an Internal Communications Coordinator to work closely with the Recruitment & Engagement team to design and deliver communications across the company.



  • Working with the team to design and deliver internal communications and aid the facilitation of staff engagement both online and offline including; Intranet, Social Media, Staff Surveys, Reward & Recognition, Embedding the Values etc.
  • To procure content for our internal communications channels, overseeing an appropriate mix of engaging content and activities to reflect key themes for our organisational strategies
  • To implement processes to continually evaluate the success of internal communications, ensuring they are fit for purpose and consistently seek to improve
About You
 The ideal candidate should be/have;
  • Degree educated (beneficial but no essential)
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record in producing copy for online/offline communications
  • Experience of internal communications delivery
  • Attention to detail and a flair of creativity
  • Experience in graphical design (would be beneficial)
