About The Role
Due to the ongoing growth of our client base and development of our products we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team to develop, manage and close sales opportunities within our existing client base.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong customer relationships and nurturing leads through a commitment to solving client’s problems.
  • Working closely with internal teams (Product & Marketing), making recommendations on our products and services through market knowledge.
  • Proactively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities (both short and long term) to generate leads for future business.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of influential and executive level relationships across industry sectors.
  • Representing Synectics at conference, trade fairs and networking events.
About You
A successful applicant will have / be:
  • A background in business development with a focus on building relationships.
  • Strong commitment and motivation in sales or business development success.
  • Experience meeting and ideally exceeding sales/ revenue targets.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions
  • Confident when presenting at all levels, with excellent communication skills.
